Our office has a specific process of follow-up, and if you decide at any point that you are no longer interested in a disability insurance policy through Set for Life, we will delete and shred your information from our systems immediately. Our office takes privacy matters very seriously.

This is a product where underwriters from the insurance company will review your medical records, and see all the details of your personal health history. When you apply for a policy, you will be required to sign a HIPAA form releasing your medical information from your physician to the company. This information is not shared anywhere else and kept in strict confidence.
