Jamie Kantor Fleischner, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF, founder of Set for Life Insurance by KF Financial, Inc., started in the insurance industry in 1993. Early in her career, she learned firsthand the importance of disability and life insurance when she was the primary caretaker for her mother who eventually passed away while waiting for an organ transplant. Since then, she used her passion to help her clients protect themselves.
Jamie literally grew up in the insurance and financial services business. She followed in her father’s footsteps in the industry, although they never actually worked together.
Fleischner is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a number of professional designations: LUTCF, (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). She has been published in multiple publications, including Life Insurance Selling Magazine. She served on the board for 9 years and as President of NAIFA-Denver (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) from 2001-2002 - the youngest president in the association’s 100 year history. Jamie is recognized as one of the top ten disability insurance brokers in the country.
Fleischner has received numerous local and national industry awards, including the prestigious Wes Whitney Memorial Award, Million Dollar Round Table Court of the Table Qualification, Guardian/Berkshire Circle of Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award and the Principal Financial Group Quality Producer Award. She was recognized locally as one of the top financial related advisors in 2009 by Denver’s 5280 Magazine.
Jeffrey Charles Fleischner, J.D
Executive Vice President
Jeff Fleischner originally hails from Chappaqua in Westchester, N.Y. He graduated cum laude from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania with honors in History. He was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society during his undergraduate studies. Subsequently, he moved to Denver, Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver Law School, where he was a member of the Denver University Law Review. For fourteen years, he practiced law as a civil litigator in Colorado’s courts emphasizing insurance, disability, and injury representation. In 2006 he joined KF Financial, Inc. as a licensed broker, and Vice President. He understands the importance, and nuances, of insurance from representing insurers and individuals in disability related cases before administrative tribunals, state, and federal courts.
Jamie and Jeff have been married since 1999 and have two sons. They enjoy spending time with their family, running, and going to the movies.
